This coffee is certified under both the Fair Trade USA and USDA Organic programs. With deep notes of dark chocolate and orange and a floral, blueberry finish, Cannonball is jam-packed with flavor, while still maintaining remarkable clarity as both a straight espresso or in milk-based drinks.

Cannonball, much like our Bullet Espresso, is a stellar example of the sophisticated flavor spectrum that espresso drinkers across North America have come to expect.

Created with only organic and Fair Trade coffees from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, northwestern Sumatra and Sidamo in Ethiopia, Cannonball marries the diverse flavours of different regions, altitudes and varietals to brilliant effect.  With deep notes of dark chocolate and orange and a floral, blueberry finish, Cannonball is jam-packed with flavour, while still maintaining remarkable clarity as both a straight espresso or in milk-based drinks.

FIREFLY-DECAF

Firefly Decaf

Buttery, carmelized sugar, dark chocolate, clean finish.

The long neglected ugly duckling of the specialty coffee world, decaffeinated coffee options are often a poor substitute for the “real thing.” The Firefly Project is all about changing the pre-conceived notions about decaf.

Reunion Island began by sourcing an exceptional, single origin coffee from a progressive, Rainforest Alliance certified producer group in South America. They selected a coffee with the character to maintain its exceptional taste and aroma through the decaffeination process.

In order to reach their goal of creating a sustainable decaffeinated coffee that doesn’t compromise taste, they selected the patented Swiss Water process to remove the caffeine without the use of chemicals. The result is a rich, aromatic coffee that they are proud to offer exclusively to our distinguished clients.

They roast Firefly to a medium level to accentuate its buttery body and caramelized sugar flavors. With its dark chocolate notes and clean finish, this decaffeinated coffee is ideal for traditional drip and espresso brewing.

PRIVATEER-DARK

One of Reunion Island’s signature blends, Privateer Dark is the epitome of balance in a dark roast, featuring coffees from the Americas, East Africa, and Indonesia, representing the three great growing regions for specialty coffee in the world. Pulling the complex, sweet notes from its Ethiopian component, deep and heavy flavours from the coffees of Sumatra, and the full-forced balance of it’s Colombian portion, the resulting cup is one that will hit all corners of your tongue, that can be enjoyed at any time of day.
